Registration and Records Specialist
Serving as the first point of contact for the office, this position fields a wide variety of inquiries presented by students, faculty, staff, alumni, families and the general public. The role also coordinates and supervises our student employees, giving them the training needed to assist with inquiries and office support.
This position is also responsible for processing transcript orders, name changes, and enrollment and degree verifications, and, depending on the time of year, taking care of grade changes and monitoring the status of incompletes. In addition to participating in other projects and supporting the general functions of the office, the role assists in communication and announcements, as well as maintaining our website.
