He holds a BA in theology at Marmara University Divinity School, in Istanbul, Turkiye, and an MA degree in Qur\u2019anic Exegesis at the same University. He earned the MAGC, a master\u2019s degree in \u201cIslamic Studies, Muslim-Christian Relations,\u201d and the graduate certificate in Islamic Chaplaincy at Hartford Seminary in Connecticut in 2015. He continues towards his PhD degree in Islamic Spirituality at Indiana University.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neshet\u2019s view on chaplaincy can be summarized in the words of the famous Anatolian Sufi poet Yunus Emre (d. 1320): &#8216;We love the created for the sake of the Creator.&#8217; Every being deserves love, respect, and compassion, as each is a manifestation of God. Therefore, whoever takes care of a being will be blessed by the Compassionate One. Consequently, religiosity and piety is not just between the individual and the Lord, also between the individual and the entire cosmos.
