Apartments are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the Pad Thai restaurant at the corner of Grand Avenue and Cambridge Street. Each of the 8 apartments has space for 4 students.<br><br><strong>Resident Information:&nbsp;<\/strong>Rising Juniors and Seniors will draw first,&nbsp; rising sophomores second.<br><strong>General Room Information:<\/strong> Four apartments have 2 single bedrooms and a double bedroom. Four have two double bedrooms.&nbsp; Each has an open kitchen, dining and sitting area.<br><strong>Bathrooms:<\/strong>&nbsp; 2 bathrooms in each apartment.<br><strong>Laundry Facilities:<\/strong>&nbsp; laundry room on each floor.<br><strong>Kitchen:<\/strong> Full kitchen with full-size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven in each apartment.<br><strong>Room Dimensions:<\/strong> Single: 12\u2019 x 9\u2019 ; Double: 16\u2019 x 10\u2019;<br><strong>Room Furnishings:<\/strong> Traditional, non-lofted furniture. Bed size is twin extra long<strong>:<\/strong> 36&#8221; x 80&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ongoing Construction: <\/strong>Construction of Macalester\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macalester.edu\/residential-life\/new-residence-hall-and-welcome-center\/\">Residence Hall and Welcome Center<\/a> will impact many buildings, closest to Grand Cambridge Apartments and GDD, Bigelow, Bowman, and Wallace halls.
