    Cluster Tracks XIV with Jane Turk ’02
    College rock, indie rock, and other notable artists played on WMCN from 1998-2002.
  • 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
    Groove Garden with Jen Downham ’91
    Soul, electronic, and music from the vaults of Groove Garden Records
  • 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
    Attack of the Extended 80s Mix with Andrea Herman ’89
    12″ extended versions and remixes from the neon 80s
  • 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.
    Such a Pleasure to Come Home with Kevin Finnegan ’11 & Trevor Miehe ’11
    A look back at the last 10 years of music from the midwest coast. Will have specific looks back at Macalester Springfest performers, focusing in particular on indie hip hop and dance genres.

    Scott’s Record Collection, Yeah! with Scott Fares ’90 and John Shepard ’89
    The same crate of early 80’s pop, new wave, local, and rarities singles we played on Thursdays after midnight
  • 9 – 10 p.m.
    This Week in Music History with Rachel Tenney ’06 & Michael Barnes ’06
    Songs that were hits, or made/connected to big events in history/music history, with a focus on music that is especially nostalgic for our class of ’06 fellow graduates


  • 12 noon – 1 p.m.
    Walk Like an Italian/How to Save the World with Kathryn Linafelter ’82 

    Music by people I know, Strong Towns talking points, short talk about the walk

    Jay Gone Bimbo’s Cosmic Return with Joshua Seaver ’91

    A “where are they now” show of industrial era brands/projects to see who’s still around, who’s disappeared, and who’s passed away. Part nostalgia, part music history, and hopefully all fun.

    Grand Avenue Freeze Out with Jonathan Bernstein ’11
    Songs about awkward reunions and old friends
