It also includes the Vice President for Administration and Finance, the Director of Institutional Research, and the Provost as ex officio non-voting members. Election to SPA is for a three-year term.<\/p>\n    \t        \t<p class=\"introduction__copy\">The Strategic Planning and Analysis Committee (SPA) replaced the Resources and Planning Committee (RPC) in AY 2017-2018.<\/p>\n    \t    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<p>The SPA Committee acts as an advisory committee to the President regarding long-term planning.
