We care about you and your health. And, we firmly believe you should have access to resources for achieving better health and well-being.  

Using the results of our 2016-2017 health assessment and the Centers for Disease Control’s Worksite Health Scorecard, three areas were identified as priorities for our 2017-2018 program year.  Through wellness coaching, challenges, speakers, classes, self-study, or community events, we’ll offer you a variety of opportunities to practice healthy behaviors and make an impact in these areas.
