A challenge to support healthier, lasting changes
The Healthy Changes Challenge is six-week activity offered to staff and faculty in February 2019. It encourages you to set your own goal, identify the motivation strategies that fit you best, and provides ways for you to reflect on your behaviors each week.
This challenge is right for you if you want to eat better, plan more meals, shop smarter, move more and reduce your sugary beverages in 2019.
How it works
By registering, you’ll receive a weekly email (on Tuesdays) for six weeks with a newsletter and worksheet. Your estimated time commitment to read the newsletter, and complete and submit the worksheet, is about 10-15 minutes each week. You can receive “credit” for completing this well-being activity and earn rewards by submitting at least five out of the six worksheets.
Healthy Changes Challenge Coffee Breaks
You’ll also be invited to two optional coffee breaks that will give you the opportunity to connect with other colleagues who are participating in the program to leverage their support. If you enjoy building relationships, receiving positive reinforcement and talking through new changes, you’ll enjoy these events. Those who attend will be entered to win a $20 gift card to Whole Foods.
