Student and Faculty Compositions Premiere at Macalester
Four College Choirs Annual Spring Concert

St. Paul, Minn. - New works by Macalester Professor Carleton Macy and junior Amy Coddington will be premiered at the Four College Choirs Annual Spring Concert, 8 p.m., Sat., April 14, 2007, in the Concert Hall, Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center, 1600 Grand Avenue, St. Paul, Minn.  The concert is free and open to the public.

Professor Mark Mazullo will also perform with the Macalester Choir in three works for piano and choir.  

The four Macalester Choirs, the Macalester Choir, Women’s Choir, Men’s Chorus and MAC Singers, will perform choral music from Indonesia, Russia, Canada, Haiti, Germany and France, along with selections by Leonard Bernstein.  Robert Peterson and Marjorie Merryman will conduct.
