We may reach out for community support during later testing phases and will continue to share updates about training and other important information as the project progresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workday Phase 1 (HR and Finance)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Phase 1 will introduce changes to several everyday processes, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Entering and approving time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The staff hiring experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hiring student workers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viewing Payroll information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciling P-cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Viewing and managing budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Workday Phase 2 (Student)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Student phase is a two-year project beginning in late summer 2026.
