Layout: 1672 is a large house with a wide variety of extra spaces. From the front of the house, you enter through a large enclosed porch. Off the kitchen is a sunroom that could either be used for sitting or for an eat-in dining space (or both). Upstairs, there is a large landing with 3BRs and a smaller room that can either be used as a 4th bedroom or an office space. The primary bedroom suite has a large closet and room for a sitting or dressing area. This house also has mini-split units to provide air conditioning in the summer.
