A Message from your supervisors:
Hello, hard workers!
If H1N1 doesn't get you, there are all kinds of other nasty, time consuming, energy draining, mind numbing viruses that you can get. Your very best defense is good hand washing and training yourself not to touch your face. Wash your hands with soap and water while you count to 20 (at least)--it will feel like a long time if you've been a "swish and go" hand washer! Try
to turn off the faucet with an elbow or the back of your hand if there are
not paper towels to use. Otherwise you just re-apply the germs you just washed off.
Here's an official how to: http://health.minnesota.gov/handhygiene/how/clean8.pdf
If you have a fever--don't come to work! don't go to class! The college is sending out guidelines this year because of the H1N1 virus--follow them! Keep us informed if you don't feel well. We'll also be wiping down keyboards and mice in our work areas.
If you have questions or concerns, let your supervisor know. Let's have a healthy fall semester!
