Public nights fall semester 2015 will be held on the following dates, weather permitting:
Sunday, 13 Sep., 8:30-10:30 PM
Sunday, 27 Sep., 8:30-10:30 PM (Lunar eclipse!)
Sunday, 11 Oct., 8:30-10:30 PM
Sunday, 25 Oct., 8:30-10:30 PM
Sunday, 8 Nov., 7:30-9:30 PM
Sunday, 22 Nov., 7:30-9:30 PM
Sunday, 6 Dec., 7:30-9:30 PM
Public Nights can be canceled on any given week due to cloudy skies or other inclement weather. In case cancellations, we will, whenever possible, offer alternate dates on Thursdays following each scheduled Sunday session. (Note that if the session on 22 Nov. is cancelled, there will not be an alternate night on Thursday, 26 Nov. due to the Thanksgiving holiday.)
Public Nights is an ongoing event which allows the entire Macalester community to take advantage of the college's science-grade observatory.

Observatory Tours/Observing sessions for private groups
