Ready… Set… Goals!
It is time to start setting your annual goals as part of Mac’s Annual Performance Management process. Employees and their managers should meet to discuss and define the employee’s 2024-2025 performance and development goals. This step is a great way for managers and team members to have interactive conversations on what we can accomplish this academic year! Please have goals set no later than October 31.
