SUmmer Classes: -   sign up ONLINE

The 6-week series of classes have a registration fee of $20 for students and $25 for faculty and staff. If a class meets more than weekly, the registration fee may be higher and is noted by the class description.  Classes that do not have the required minimum of 10 participants (14 for mindfulness) will be cancelled.  You will be notified and refunded if we cancel the class.  Please note:  Refunds are only available up to the first day of class, with no exceptions.

Circuit Training - Monday and Wednesday, 12:05 - 12:55 pm, September 12 - October 19, 2016
Resistance training that provides a total body strength workout and elevates the heart rate.  Because this class meets twice per week, the fee is $40 for faculty and staff.

Pilates - Tuesdays, 12:05 - 12:55 pm, June 7 - July 12, 2016
Strengthen and lengthen with Pilates. This mat class will help you develop abdominal strength and control, while creating a connection between your core and the rest of your body. The exercises emphasize proper breathing, precise alignment, and efficient sequencing of movement. Mats are available or feel free to bring your own.   All levels welcome.

Yoga - Mondays, 12:05 - 12:55 pm, September 12 - October 17, 2016
Join us for a reflective, energizing flow set to music linking breath to movement.  This class is beginner-friendly with sequences building to moderately advanced postures. The mid-day pause in your day will leave you energized and centered.  Mats, blocks and straps will be available for use.

Yoga - Wednesdays, 12:05 - 12:55 pm, June 8 - July 13, 2016.
Learn yoga basics in this beginner-friendly hatha yoga class.  Explore alignment principles of specific poses (asanas) and experience more flowing movement sequences (vinyasa).  Increase strength, flexibility, and body awareness, and leave feeling more calm and refreshed.  Mats are available or feel free to bring your own.

Session #2 Classes:  Week of July 18 - week of August 22, 2016.

Boot Camp - Tuesday and Thursdays, 12:05 - 12:55 pm, July 19 - August 25, 2016.
A fun, high energy class with ever changing routines aimed at incorporating cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and core strength.  This is an advanced class that involves low impact jumping, running, and interval training.  Because this class meets twice per week, the fee is $40 for faculty/staff.

Power Fusion Yoga - Mondays, 12:05 - 12:55 pm, July 18 - August 22, 2016
This class is a combination of traditional Bikram yoga postures with vinyasa flow. Postures will help open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening the core and upper body. The sequence is blend of balance, strength, flexibility, and mediation to help students deepen their physical and mental practice.
