Estimate Your Need-Based Financial Aid Eligibility

Tools like MyinTuition and Net Price Calculator can be a great place to start when you’re thinking about applying to college and are curious about financial aid. For many families the posted tuition cost is not actually what they pay, so using calculators can help with planning where to apply and may widen your options. Please note there are some situations where these estimating tools are not applicable:

  • Families who reside outside the United States (regardless of citizenship)
  • Biological/adoptive parents who are not currently married (and do not reside in the same household)
  • Independent students

If one of these situations above describes your family and you would like to estimate your aid eligibility, please contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance.

Use the College Board Net Price Calculator to estimate a net price more customized to your individual family financial circumstances. For the best result you’ll need student and parent tax returns and W-2 forms for the most recent year, records of untaxed income and benefits received, and current mortgage, bank, and investment statements.

All students, regardless of whether they qualify for need-based aid, are also considered for merit-based scholarships.

To receive a full evaluation of financial aid eligibility, admitted students must complete the entire financial aid application process. Financial aid application results are delivered shortly after the student is admitted, provided that priority filing dates are met.
