THE MACALESTER PART 1 - Available July 1, 2019

Seniors and transfer applicants can begin their application and receive a $40 application fee waiver by submitting the Macalester Part 1 by November 15. Regardless of whether you apply Early Decision or Regular Decision, this is a great first step in applying to Mac. You will receive login information for your applicant portal, enabling you to see your current application status and get communication designed to keep you on track.

Citizenship
In keeping with Macalester’s values of internationalism and multiculturalism, the college welcomes applications from around the world. For the purpose of applying to Macalester, students are considered international applicants if their citizenship is of a country other than the United States. Students with dual citizenship with the United States or who have permanent residency are not considered international applicants. Undocumented/DACA students, or students who identify as a refugee, displaced person, asylum seeker, or stateless person, are welcomed at Macalester. Learn more.
