Pei-Wen Fang

Pei-Wen teaches upper-level Mandarin and is the faculty advisor to the Macalester Chinese House. She has more than a decade of experience teaching Mandarin Chinese at heritage and public schools across Minnesota, Texas, South Dakota, Ohio, and Illinois. Pei-Wen has also taught at the U of M and is the program director for the Concordia Language Village Startalk program. Beyond the classroom, Pei-Wen enjoys traditional Chinese music, bird watching, crocheting, and drawing. As a proud Lion Dance mom, she’s an enthusiastic cheerleader at her boys’ shows.
