Macalester Standard Engagement Contract (SEC) Initiator

You will receive an emailed PDF of the finalized SEC (from [email protected]) once all signatures are received. Next, you MUST submit the SEC for payment in Workday in order for the contractor to receive payment.

Contractor

Please remember to submit your W-9 (Domestic Contractors) or submit your W-8BENor W-8BEN-E (International Contractors) if you haven’t already. We CANNOT issue payment until this is received and verified. Additionally, please submit your direct deposit information if desired. Macalester strongly prefers to issue electronic payments.
