Non-Student Employees: Please submit your Direct Deposit / ACH Authorization securely

IMPORTANT: This eform is ONLY for students who are NOT student employees. If you are a student employee, you must submit direct deposit changes directly in Workday via the instructions provided by Payroll and Student Employment.

NON-Student Employees: If you are NOT a student employee, please complete this Direct Deposit / ACH Authorization eform to submit direct deposit changes. Once completed, the form will be automatically sent to Macalester’s Accounts Payable department for processing.
