Macalester College has selected PandaDocs as our system for electronic forms and secure e-signatures.  When using PandaDocs, a number of notifications occur.

Form Initiation

When a form is initiated, an email will be sent to the person initiating the form.   The email will come from [email protected]   A button OPEN THE DOCUMENT will be included in this email notification, and to check on the progress of the form’s review/approval, this button can be clicked at any time.

Additional Reviewers / Approvers

If the form has multiple reviewers/approvers, each participant will receive an email notification when they are to review / approve the form.  The email will come from [email protected]  A button OPEN THE DOCUMENT will be included in this email notification, and to check on the progress of the form’s review/approval, this button can be clicked at any time.

Form Completion

Once all of the review/approvals have occurred, EACH of those initiating/reviewing/approving the form will receive an email notification that states, “The document has been completed by all participants”.  The email will come from [email protected]

Completed form PDF

If the form was configured to send a PDF of the completed document, an email notification, along with a PDF attachment of the document will be sent to EACH of those initiating/reviewing/approving the form.  The email will come from [email protected]
