Palm Sunday Prayer Service & Christian Holy Week


Palm Sunday (Sunday, March 28) marks the start of Holy Week for many Christians in the Roman Catholic and Protestant Christian Church. Traditional observances include a processional with palm branches waving, signaling Jesus’ entry into the city of Jerusalem. A prayer service will be held on zoom at 11:00am and attendees should BYOP (Bring your own Palm); a bit of evergreen, a houseplant, a wayward stick...be creative! The start of Holy Week will be marked in community...with opportunities on Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Holy week to-go bags are available and complete with few Easter surprises.
