College Student Experiences Questionnaire (CSEQ)

The CSEQ assesses student participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal development. It measures the quality of student experiences, perceptions of the campus environment, and progress toward important educational goals. The CSEQ is administered to all degree-seeking students on campus in a spring semester, which allows for more in-depth analysis of survey results by characteristics such as class, race, citizenship, or involvement in athletics. Macalester participates every 4-5 years, most recently in 2012.
