Both of those rooms, when occupied, share a recently renovated full bathroom ($740/room). The upstairs bedroom ($850) is very large–the entire upper floor–and could fit 2 beds if desired. It also has its own private bathroom with a tub and shower, 2 closets, a desk, etc. Roommates also have full access to a shared (renovated) kitchen, laundry facilities, backyard garden, and a downstairs carpeted family room. Flexible terms can range from 3 months to 12 months, skip or include the summer months, and require a 1-month security deposit. Text or email for photos. I am representing my group that needs a forth roommate for our house next school year. The house is a three floor, four bedroom, one bath duplex on Portland. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from campus. The house has space to store your bikes if needed. Utilities are included in the rent above.
