For fully furnished, imagine just moving in with your clothes and toothbrush and we take care of the rest, including all furniture, couches, beds, night stands, plates, dishes, coffee makers, sheets and towels, etc.? Saves time, hassle and you live in quality furnishings rather than 3rd hand items, while you scramble to hire rental trucks to haul your stuff around from your storage locker.
We have many options, including a private, secure furnished bedroom within a shared suite with other MAC students for $550 per person, or a standard two-bedroom for $1300 (2-3 persons or $650/person) to three bedrooms at $1800-$2100 ($600-$700/person). We also have full one bedroom apartments for $995. We have a mix of unfurnished and furnished, or even partially furnished.
Our units are updated, fresh and gorgeous with wonderful amenities!
We also have incredible caretaker options whereby you are like an RA and can learn the fundamental elements of managing an apartment building as a member of our part-time team, earning rent credits or extra money, and getting another option for your CV showing responsibility and commitment, not to mention the opportunity to then use those skills to invest in rentals in your home town after graduation.
We have options for 6/1 (both summer and one year leases) and 9/1. We also offer and encourage subletting and Study Away!! It is easy and seamless! We have rented to hundreds of MAC students since 2004 and cherish all of the relationships we have had with students, parents and graduates over these past 22 years!
The units are first-come first-serve and texting is best, to start, and messages can be sent 24/7 to the above number. (Just specify when a reply can be sent with what you are looking for in detail!) The house is on Hague Avenue, a 10 minute walk from Macalester College campus. The available room is on the first flour of the unit, off of the kitchen; it has lovely natural light, and a walk-in closet. Special features of the house include: a beautiful spacious kitchen and pantry, a backyard with a huge deck, fire-pit, and grill, great communal space, a multi-car driveway, in-unit laundry, a sweet sun room, and a basement TV area.
