It also has its own private bathroom with a tub and shower, 2 closets, a desk, etc. Roommates also have full access to a shared (renovated) kitchen, laundry facilities, backyard garden, and a downstairs carpeted family room. We have options for 6/1 (both summer and one year leases) and 9/1. We also offer and encourage subletting and Study Away!! It is easy and seamless! We have rented to hundreds of MAC students since 2004 and cherish all of the relationships we have had with students, parents and graduates over these past 22 years!
