Macalester Payment Agreement

Please review, sign and submit the Macalester College Payment Agreement (eform) prior to commencing classes at Macalester College.

  • Student, enter YOUR name and Macalester email to initiate the form.
  • Student, review the agreement, enter your MAC ID, sign and date.
  • Once the form is completed, it will be automatically routed to the Student Accounts Office.
  • Once Student Accounts has reviewed the request, and initialed the form, it will be emailed to you as a completed PDF.
  • Keep a copy of the agreement for your records.
  • New Students Only:  Once you complete and submit your form, please allow up to 5 business days from receipt for your green checkmark to appear on your new student portal checklist.
    Due date Fall 2025: June 16, 2025. Failure to do so will result in an enrollment validation hold.
