Academic Technology Advisory Team

Committee Charge

Academic Technology Services (ATS) strives to provide services which enhance classroom pedagogy and faculty research. To better serve our users, we created an Academic Technology Advisory Team (AT-AT) to gather feedback on our systems and processes, bring greater transparency to our decision making, and increase a sense of community ownership of the technology provided to faculty and students.

The Academic Technology Advisory Team brings together forward-looking faculty and students to partner with ITS as part of community-informed decision-making processes that help guide technology and technology support.

Membership

The Academic Technology Advisory Team (AT-AT) consists of seven rotating members. These members include five faculty, one from each division, an EPAG representative, and two student representatives. Standing members include the Chief Information Officer and the Associate Director of Academic Technology Services. Members of FAC collaborate with Academic Technology Services (ATS) to find technology curious faculty members to serve on the team. MCSG will assign student representatives. Rotating members will serve three-year terms.
