The Mississippi River Open School for Kinship & Social Exchange Informational Session

Want to learn more about Macalester’s Mellon Humanities for All Times grant about the Mississippi River? Join Kiri Sailiata (American Studies) for an informational session on the “Mississippi River Open School for Kinship & Social Exchange.” Kiri will provide an overview of grant sites and activities across five major hub collectives along the Mississippi river from the headwaters to the delta. We will focus and highlight work already completed and underway as well as future opportunities to connect with the Upper Mississippi Hub here at Macalester through programming, course development, residencies and summer research. To-go desserts and beverages will be provided. All faculty and staff are welcome.
