Navigating Imposter Syndrome for First-Gen Students

Join us March 22 from 4:30-6:30 in the Harmon Room in providing a resource and potential outlet for these students along with catering from Hot Hands!

First-gen students often face problems related to imposter syndrome in the higher education environment because of a lack of platforms for first-gen students to understand their positionality. Many discriminated groups and students on campus have had their experiences validated, while the pressures of being first-gen students has largely gone unacknowledged.

This event is in collaboration with the Hamre Center, who will be presenting on the resources that they offer!
