If These Walls Could Talk: How to Research House and Campus Building History

Are you curious about the history of your house, a building on campus, or that historic building down the street? Learn how to decode the language of old buildings, uncovering the stories tucked away in the places and structures that surround you. 
Research and Instruction Librarian Jackie Beckey will share research techniques on how to search city directories, dive into historic maps, uncover information in deed records, and much more! College Archivist Megan Johnson Saylor will discuss materials in the College Archives related to building history research, and student Andie Walker will discuss her archival research into architectural history on campus.
Tuesday, April 25 from 12pm-1pm in Library 206. Light lunch provided.
