Meditation @ Mac
One thing we all seem to agree on is that life gets too busy. It’s a blessing to have interests, passions, and purpose but we can only really enjoy them if they are informed by rest and reflection. Stepping back, taking a break, and listening deeply to our bodies, hearts, and the natural world is the key to living well and finding peace. Join me on Mondays to check in with yourself and get right. Take care of yourself. Take a break from the constant mind chatter.
Learn to know for yourself; what is true, stable and always at peace.
This year we have a new day and an expanded schedule with lots of opportunities to participate. Every Monday in Weyerhaeuser Chapel:
- 5 - 5:50 p.m. guided meditation, silent time, and discussion
- 6 - 6:45 p.m. almost silent nature-walk in the neighborhood
- 7 - 8 p.m. guided meditation, silent time, and discussion
Feel free to participate in any one or all of these sessions. Don’t worry about coming in late or having to leave early. Just showing up is the most important thing.
