Dialogue on Mental Health: One Alum's Journey from Hiding to Shining

How might you approach your mental health if you knew you would soon spend 3 months completely alone in the middle of the ocean? That’s what one alum, Terence Steinberg, ’11, is about to do this January. Come find out how his challenges with mental health – beginning at Macalester and through today – are something he views as assets instead of a hindrance as he prepares to solo row the Atlantic. And walk away with new perspectives for your own journey.

Hosted by Zarra Marlowe, ’21, this “fireside” chat is open to all. Bring questions, a point of view, or just come to listen.

Light lunch is provided. If you must cancel, please notify the Hamre Center for Health & Wellness 24 hours in advance. 651-696-6275 | [email protected]
