Academic Concentration Speed-Dating Session

Do you have interdisciplinary inclinations? Looking for an expeditious way to explore which concentration may be the best fit for you? Please join us for lunch and academic concentration “speed-dating” where eight of the college’s concentrations look forward to meeting you (African Studies; Community & Global Health; Critical Theory; Food, Agriculture & Society; Human Rights & Humanitarianism; International Development; Legal Studies; and Urban Studies). The basic idea is this: First, each concentration director gives their elevator speech for 2-3 mins; and then second, meet individually with the concentration director of your choice to ask questions and/or sign up on the spot for a concentration (& directors will have open laptops at the ready for this purpose). Don’t miss this unique opportunity to make an informed decision (and it’s a lot more efficient than swiping left or right on academic tinder).
