Drop-In Yoga Class

Come enjoy some yoga-inspired movement with Julia from the Health and Wellness Center. Combining movement with breath is a great way to slow down, rejuvenate, and connect with how we are doing mentally, emotionally, and internally. A fun and inclusive community activity for all levels and abilities. You may want a mat or towel to practice on and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Find a quiet space to stretch, move, and breathe.
