Yoga for Finals Stress Management
Finals are stressful, but the simple tools and practices of yoga can help you find greater ease and resilience during this stressful time. In our 45-minute yoga class, we will use mindful awareness, gentle movement, and guided breathing practices to release physical and mental tension and build stability and focus. It will be an opportunity to re-boot your nervous system so that it can function optimally to meet the challenges you are facing.
This class is welcoming to all bodies, and there will be opportunities to customize your practice to your own individual needs. No prior yoga experience is expected. Instructor: Jacqueline Vlietstra, yoga teacher specializing in yoga for mental health.
