Our meeting facilities can host a group of any size from 10 to 500 in a variety of seating styles. Many of our newer venues include state-of-the-art audio visual equipment that is included in our facility rental costs.

Home to our conference rooms and John B. Davis Lecture Hall. Our Dinning Hall, Cafe Mac, is also located on the main level.

Alexander G. Hill Ballroom

Will seat up to 350 guests at round tables for 8, 575 in lecture style seating or 648 for a stand up reception. A/V resources available.

Weyerhaeuser Boardroom and Lounge

Can be set for 100 lecture style, 35 conference style or 60 banquet style. An adjacent lounge offers an attractive pre-event reception site. A/V resources available.

Weyerhaeuser Chapel

A unique hexagon-shaped sanctuary that can hold up to 350 people. Perfect for a wedding ceremony or for larger meetings or lecture events. Sound and microphones available.

Markim Davis Court

With space for up to 50 people, Markim Davis court is perfect for lectures and smaller receptions, etc. A/V resources available.

Multi-purpose classrooms

Macalester also has over 50 general purpose classrooms with seating from 16 to 80 and versatile setups. All equipped with A/V resources.

Indoor Athletic facilities

Leonard Center

Includes the field house, performance gymnasium, and Riley Pool. The center features fitness equipment and a beautiful atrium suitable for receptions.
