Registration Information
Please use the form below to let us know who from your MMUF program will be attending the MMUF Midwest Regional Conference taking place on October 22-24, 2026. We will utilize this information to finalize the program for the weekend. This information is needed by September 18th at 5pm CT.
Each individual will need to register in order to receive their unique link to enter the conference platform. Student presenters will also need to submit additional information using the two links found below the form.

Three Minute Thesis (3MT)
Research presentation formats will be different this year due to the online conference. Instead of the usual 8-10 minute talk accompanied by slides, we will be using the Three Minute Thesis model that has become popular in graduate schools internationally. Essentially, fellows will have a time limit of three minutes and a single, static slide to impart the essence of their research project. We will also be asking all fellows to upload a short bibliography/source page to accompany their presentation.

- Thursday October 22: Welcome and alumni panel, 6-7:30 pm
- Friday October 23: Regional Coordinators Meeting 5-6 pm; Keynote address, 7-8:30 pm
- Saturday October 24: Concurrent panel sessions, 9-10:30 and 11-12:30
