Professor Milne’s research is broadly in the field of accessibility and centers around making digital interfaces more accessible for people with disabilities. Her most recent work was on making introductory programming environments (e.g. Scratch or Blockly) more accessible for children with visual impairments. In her free time, she loves getting outside and cross-country skiing, hiking, biking or roller-skating.
