Among this week’s activities:
- Macalester African Music Ensemble performed under the direction of Sowah Mensah.
- The Fall Dance Concert featured choreography by faculty, students, and a guest artist and explored themes of “dreaming.”
- Program Board hosted a hot chocolate bar in the library.
- Macalester’s Mac Jazz big band performed under the direction of Joan Griffith.
- Mac CARES held a end-of-year holiday gathering over hot chocolate and craft-making to express gratitude for our Earth.
- Ezequiel Jimenez ’13 works for Amnesty International in London. He talked about what working at Amnesty International is like and what it really means to work in human rights.
- The Philosophy Department got together for English Tea at Professor Joy Laine’s home.
- Handmade at Mac decorated cookies to de-stress.
