Dennis Cao

Dennis Cao facilitates the assembly of materials for pre-tenure, tenure, promotion, NTT Series, and NTT Series Promotion reviews. His work supports faculty scholarship through internal funding programs, grant development, and external compliance requirements. He also manages the work of the DeWitt Wallace Library and Academic Success. Dennis is a Professor of Chemistry whose work at Macalester has spanned organic chemistry instruction and undergraduate research in the design, synthesis, and characterization of compounds with distinctive optical and electronic properties.
