Why I chose Admissions
I worked as a student in the Admissions office for four years which deeply developed my passion and skill for all things Admissions. In addition, as an Educational Studies major, I have loved working with students and being a helpful point of contact to either answer any questions they might have or direct them to someone else who can!

Community Involvement
In addition to being a tour guide as a student, I was a mentor for the PRE@Mac program, which is a college access program. I led and supported students in the program for students from historically under-represented communities in higher education. I met lots of new high school students and helped them learn about the college application process as a whole, not just for Macalester.

Favorite time of year at Mac
I love the back-to-school season. As a student, I was a three time Orientation leader and always enjoyed sitting outside the Campus Center with new students and seeing old friends. Now, I get to do the same and offer a whole office of support for students.

Love about the Twin Cities
I love all the food there is to choose from! There are so many different cultural cuisines available, and for relatively good prices.
