MAC Welcomes NACAC

College counselors attending the National Association for College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) 2026 Conference are invited to visit Macalester’s campus, just minutes from the Minneapolis Convention Center. Mac is one of just a few selective liberal arts colleges in a major metro area. Students benefit from a welcoming residential campus with access to the two great cities – Minneapolis and St. Paul.

BREAKFAST SESSIONS Start your day with Macalester’s president, Dr. Suzanne Rivera, for a breakfast and Q&A. Then tour campus with a Macalester student, and return to chat with current students in a panel discussion. Hear why they chose Macalester and what their college experience has entailed.

AFTERNOON SESSIONS Join Macalester’s president, Dr. Suzanne Rivera, for light refreshments and a Q&A. Then tour campus with a Macalester student, and return for a relaxing cocktail hour. Connect with students and staff who will share stories about campus life and academics at Mac.

SHORT SESSIONS Coming in just for conference dates or have limited time? Join us for light refreshments and a morning info session with Macalester Admissions, followed by a campus tour with a current student.

BREAKFAST SESSION + PAISLEY PARK EXCURSION Nothing compares 2 Prince! Offered on Tuesday only, start your day with our breakfast session, enjoy lunch on campus, and then hop on our coach bus to Paisley Park, Prince’s recording studio and home. Space is limited for this event. There is a cost of $50 for the tour (a discounted rate for Mac’s NACAC guests).
