In order to improve efficiency and ensure all information is gathered for events, we now require requests for events in spaces that reservations books to be submitted using one the following two methods:
There are certain departments on campus who reserve their own spaces. Please see the Web App or Request Form for instructions for who to contact to reserve those spaces.

The role of Event Operations is to provide exemplary logistical support in on-campus event planning for academic and administrative departments and chartered student organizations.
Event Operations aims to engage the Macalester College community in on-campus programming and serves as a great resource for a wide variety of event types and is the primary spot for on-campus groups to reserve space on campus and make logistical requests for upcoming events.
