Ariel DeBardelaben, M.A.

Ariel has worked in a variety of settings providing counseling including the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute’s low fee clinic as well as in private practice. They have focused on working within the queer community providing affirming care, particularly in individuals with histories of eating disorders, perfectionism, and relational difficulties. Ariel’s counseling approach is informed by theories that emphasize gaining insight into ourselves and our experiences with a focus on becoming our authentic self. 

Ariel is a white, queer identifying, nonbinary individual who grew up in Texas and Appalachia.
