Jon Vaughan-Fier, MSW, LICSW

​​Jon’s work has been informed by graduate studies in Social Work (e.g. mental health with emphasis on social justice) and a passion for radical self-care (e.g. meditation, breath tools, and trauma work).  Some of his favorite individual/group topics include effective communication (especially connecting across differences like race, gender, & sexual identity), anxiety management, complicated grief, and mindfulness for depression.  He also serves as Counseling Services Coordinator at a local law school (Mitchell-Hamline).

Jon is cis-gender, European-American (100% Polish), heterosexual male, born and raised in Minnesota–both urban and rural settings.
