High Winds Fund administers or supports programs that improve and enhance the beauty, serenity and security of the neighborhood.
Summer Party
The High Winds Fund hosts a neighborhood appreciate party on campus each summer. Please watch for a postcard or an email next year and join us!
Organics Recycling Drop Off Site
Members can drop-off their organics at a site hosted by Patagonia and administered by Macalester Groveland Community Council. For more information about participating please contact Macalester Groveland Community Council
HOURCAR
HOURCAR is a car sharing program. Macalester currently has three cars and one pick-up truck located in the Patagonia / French Meadow parking lot. For more information about participating please contact HOURCAR.
Leonard Center Community Memberships
Macalester College provides memberships to the Leonard Center to Community Members each year. You must live in close proximity to the College to be eligible for this program. In order to prioritize our student experience, only a limited number of Community Memberships are available. More details for renewing and new members can be found here.
