Kyle Flowers

Where did you grow up?
I’ve moved a ton in my life! But prior to moving to the Twin-Cities in 2017, I was in the Pacific Northwest for about 11 years.

What are your main responsibilities?
As the Executive Director, I have the privilege to lead a team of incredible professionals dedicated to supporting residents and building a holistic, student experience. As the department lead and senior housing officer, I collaborate with campus leadership and key stakeholders on aligning student support services and the campus curriculum. I also supervise our central Residential Life team including two Associate Directors and an Assistant Director.

What do you love most about Mac?
I admire the tight knit community. Students are involved in a variety of positions, offices collaborate and work together, and staff and faculty build partnerships.

What is your favorite hobby?
Some of my favorite hobbies include traveling, running, playing golf, spending time with friends, and hiking.
