The Workday Change Management group provided a high-level overview of Project M.O.O.O. during SAC’s Fall All-Staff meeting. The presentation explained what an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is, why Macalester is moving from Banner to Workday, the project timeline and team structure, and how these changes will affect faculty and staff.
