June 10, 2026 – Workday Transition for Student Employees Begins June 14

Hello Student Employees and Supervisors,
Beginning Sunday, June 14, student employees will use Workday to clock in and out, record sick time, and manage other campus employment tasks.
What to Expect
On Friday, June 12, you will receive an email with your Workday login information. The email will also include links to instructions on how to:
- Clock in and out using the new iPad badge-swiping kiosks (for hourly positions)
- Enter sick time for supervisor approval
These and other instructions will also be available at the kiosks.
Additional Workday Features
Beginning June 15, students will also be able to use Workday to:
- Apply for student jobs
- View their accrued sick time balance
- Access payslips (available starting July 3)
