Banner ERP Replacement Coming Soon

Congratulations to Maria Lagos from Purchasing and Accounts Payable for winning the naming contest for the project to replace our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Maria suggested, “MOOO: Macalester Optimizes Our Operations,” which encapsulates what this project is about! Maria received her Macalester gift bag in June.

Macalester’s ERP supports critical institutional processes such as budget planning and forecasting, procurement, purchasing, recruitment, hiring, payroll processing, course registration, degree planning, and academic records. This summer, we are launching a five-year project to replace it with a more modern and usable ERP. Keep checking the project website for more information as it becomes available.
