The Center for Scholarship and Teaching has been established to encourage, promote, and support the pursuit of excellence in scholarship and teaching within Macalester’s distinctive urban liberal arts setting.
To help lead the world into a new era of battery recycling, Dr. Roopali Phadke (Environmental Studies) is working with Macalester faculty, staff, student researchers and community partners, including the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Upstream Exhibits. Visit the Minnesota State Fair this year and see their CollectED exhibit in the Eco Experience building!
